Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri, during his visit to the Constitutional Court in Pristina, has spoken of revising the justice sector.
According to him, a working group will soon start working on this review.
Asked whether a special department or court equivalent to the special prosecutor could be established, Tahiri has said he is awaiting the report and recommendations that will emerge from the review of the justice sector, but personally he has indicated it is about establishing a Special Court, which would address cases filed by the Special Prosecutor.
