Kosovo police have arrested the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement, Albin Kurti and Donika Kadaj, this evening.
The news has been confirmed by police spokeswoman for the Pristina region, Florie Ahmeti. spokeswoman Ahmeti said police have implemented a court order.
While Judge Becir Kaluldra, who is judging the case where Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj and two other VV deputies are accused of dropping tear gas in the Assembly, confirmed issuing the decision for arrest.
He told KALLXO.com that the reason for Kurt and Cadaj's arrest is the violation of security measures set by the tribunal when they were released from custody for house arrest three days ago. Initially Kurti was arrested last Friday in front of the Kosovo Parliament building on the basis of a warrant for arrest by the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
The following day he was placed in house arrest with a decision by the Court of Appeals. But last night Kurti went out to celebrate in Pristina's main square Vetevendosje victory in Pristina and Prizren.
