On the birthday of UCK commander and Kosovo hero Zahir Pajaziti, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, accompanied by ministers and deputies have placed flower wreaths near the memorial of Commander Zahir Pajaziti.
In this case, Government head Ramush Haradinaj said Zahir Pajaziti has a special role in freedom and in contributing to Kosovo's freedom.
Today with a part of the government cabinet, deputies, other colleagues we honoured and placed flowers in September of the nation's hero Zahir Pajaziti. It is the birthday of Commander Zahir Pajazit and this gesture today, this honor is exactly conveying the order for which generations have been sacrificed, for which Zahir Pajaziti has a special role in freedom and contribution to freedom”, he said.
Zahir Pajazit was born on November 1, 1962, in the village of Turuqica in Podujevo, as he witnessed on January 31, 1997, in Pestovo, Vushtrri.
He was one of the founders of the KLA and Hero testified to the Kosovo war, where he was killed along with Hakif Zamenu and Edmond Hoxha.
