Grabovci's favourite judge leads to recount municipalities where Vetevendosje (Video) won

The closest man to the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Hasan Shala, has signed the decision today that the results of the municipality of Pristina and Prizren return to zero. Shala is also at the head of the Court of Appeals.

But Shala at the helm of the Appeals Court came at the recommendation of former PDK parliamentary group chief Adem Grabovci.

In December 2011, Grabovci accepted a phone call from his lawyer and friend Idriz Ibraj. He suggested that Grabovci support the candidacy of a person named Hasan for a task at the Kosovo Judiciary Council.

Hasan Shala is judge at the General Department of Civil Division. He graduated from the Faculty of Jurydide at Pristina University in 1988.

The Jurisprudence test was conducted two years later after completing his professional practice at the District Court in Pec.

In 1999 he was appointed to be a judge of counter-injury at the Municipal Court of Countercurement in Pec. A year later, he was appointed judge at the Municipal Court, as well as in Pec. After serving five years, he became judge at the Court of Appeals in 2005.

The conversation between Grabovci and Ibraj is part of the Boss's Dosage, a series of wiretapping published by Inseder in 2016, in which it is argued how the PDK has influenced the appointment of people close to this party in key positions of public institutions.

The recounting of votes has opposed members of the Vetevendosje Movement, calling it SchIK aides.

Vetevendosje Deputy Chairman Dardan Sejdiu has reacted sharply following PZAP's decision to recount all votes in Pristina and Prizren.

On Facebook, Sejdiu has expressed extremely confident that despite the VV recount, he will win.
