Simens gets the “Milanovic Engineering” factory in Kragujevac, reports “Tanjug”, Periscopi broadcast.
Simens Serbia announced today that it plans to take over the company “Milanovic Injering d.o.o. ” early in 2018 from Kragujevac, a long-standing supply of aluminum parts for railway vehicles.
The Kragujevac-based company has specialised in recent years for the production of aluminum components for the iron industry.
The sum of the transaction remains a business secret. The conclusion of the deal is expected in early 2018, with a preliminary agreement on competition protection legislation, the Siemens company announced./Periscopi/
