The changes in football were tested in two amateur matches in the Netherlands, away from the eyes of the world public.
The turnover, side reconstruction and penalty are three of FIFA's new ideas.
Two amateur teams, Lisse and Quick Boys, faced a special match for implementation of new rules.
Marco Van Buster, director of development of new ideas at FIFA
Football coach Marco Van Basten, FIFA's technological development director, attended the meeting.
It will not be necessary for the angle rerun through two footballers, but the player can play it himself.
The lateral restoration will no longer be done by hand but will be executed on foot as in the case of the couriers.
The new rule is also the penalty, which will not be judged if it is not a clean case for a goal note, but will be referred to as foul within the area of rigour.
All these changes are being thought of speeding up the football game, while first it is expected to apply to the Dutch elite league.
