The defence ministry reacted after the news published in Albeu.com today's afternoon, that four military efficiency that were being trained in London had not returned to base.
They're taught that they're risking up to five years in prison, based on the Military Criminal Code. At Article 33 of the Code, it is noted that avoid military service or desertion is sentenced to 5 years in prison.

Dessertation from the service department, soldiers, and NCOs, with the aim of permanently avoiding military service, as well as failure to present them with the same purpose in the department or service area in case of appointment, transfer, return from mission, hospital, or permission, is sentenced to imprisonment for up to five years.
The same work done in wartime or in a state of emergency is sentenced to imprisonment of between five and fifteen years and, when it has had serious consequences, to imprisonment no less than ten years.
