Appeal abolishs the decision that forced citizens to pay for northern energy

I think the prosecution will have a lot of work if this decision doesn't apply, we're waiting to see now what steps this office will take and there will be an official announcement from court”, Jashar said.

According to the ombudsman, citizens have paid about 8m euros a year for the current spent in the north, which dates back to 2012 when the decision by Z. RHR, citizens have paid about 40m euros for the current they have not spent.
