Albanian asylum fugitive, chaos at Hamburg airport

An Albanian asylum seekers have alarmed the German police, having fled the centre, where the people expected to be expelled are kept.

Due to the 22-year escape, eight flights have been cancelled, and another twelve have been postponed to Hamburg Airport.

German media report that it is unknown how the Albanian fugitive, who was rejected from asylum, has managed to escape, while authorities say the young man has been helped by a 24-year-old Algerian.

He himself has admitted that he had helped the Albanian pass over the fence.

Meanwhile, German authorities report that this is not the first case of asylum seekers being evacuated, since several other cases have been noted. Police have blocked Hamburg airport and control continues throughout the country for the Albanian capture.
