The Central Election Commission on the basis of PZAP complaints has made a decision to recount 440 boxes, with 70 of them being recounted earlier.
Betim Yoshi, a member of the CEC, said that this decision sends the message to the commissioners that we will take the citizen's opinion instead.
The reconciliation for the recounting of these boxes was Adnan Rrustemi, who has asked for the QNR that the 70 boxes that have been recounted to send a report and see if there have been differences in order to end manipulations.
While CEC head Valdete Daka has requested an answer from the secretary to the operator in order to know whether the results will be published on Sunday's election day, or they will have the same problem as on October 22nd.
Unlike Enis Halimi from the CEC, it has announced that voting rights from abroad have a total of 6847 voters
