Woman: Avni Zogiani rejects Albanian passport (Video)

Avni Zogiani, candidate of the Vetevendosje Movement for Speaker of the Kosovo Field Community, does not want to get Albanian citizenship.

Blerina Zogiani, wife of the Albanian-born candidate in an interview for “Debatpernime”, found that her husband has never attempted to obtain an Albanian passport.

“Never applied for Albanian citizenship, always finds a reason not to apply, and that is because he wants to always be introduced to his Kosovo passport”, Zogiani said.

Zogian's wife also told about her husband's activity as a journalist and civil society activist.

“Avni was a war reporter, followed the war closely, and not from office”, she said.

They own a house and a car, according to Zogiane.
