To cover this pension scheme, the Haradinaj government said it has allocated 26m euros.
The veterans have asked the government not to start implementing the veterans' categories law.
They have accused Hysni Gucatin of selling war veterans' certificates at the price of 3,000 euros.
This is the first protest against Haradinaj government.
Protest started at 11:00. According to the announcement, protesters are headed from Skenderaj to Skenderbeu Square, numbering 270 to 300.
