He, in the presence of his lawyer, Gazmend Halilaj, has surrendered to the police, directly at Station No. 2 of the Kosovo Police in Pristina.
Halilaj for Koha.net said his client, once he realizes he's being pursued by the police, has voluntarily submitted.
My Victor Fitim Thaqi, he just realized that the case is being handled by the tracking organs last night at 1100, decided to head to organ”, told Koha.net, Gazmend Halilaj, his lawyer.
