Current Pristina Chairman Shpend Ahmeti after adopting the draft law for Pristina by the Government has said they will work together with MPs and the government so that the outcome of the law will be as effective for the capital.
“Finally after 9 years, the government prosecutes the Law for Pristina in the Assembly. We will work with the MPs and the government so that the final outcome of the Law will be as good as for our capital”, he wrote on Facebook.
The first of the capital, among other things, has said that the law must be passed into two reviews in the Assembly to enter into force and there are four points in itself as the most basic one you can see next:

2. The right to establish public municipal enterprises without additional government approval
3. Secondary Health or City Hospital and
4. The Municipal Police Directorate within the Kosovo Police that will deal with Pristina.
Otherwise, the Kosovo government adopted the draft bill for Pristina today, ending the several-year extensions of this document.
At today's cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said the purpose of this bill is the regulation and functioning of the capital.
This bill has its legal basis in the country's Constitution. The Law on Local Self-Government also applies to the capital”, Haradinaj said.
