Serbian prosecutors, judges do not swear before Kosovo Republic laws, Brnabiq confirms

Its reaction came after this text of the oath appeared on social networks: “I solemnly believe that during carrying out my duties as judge of the Republic of Kosovo, I will remain loyal to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and will perform the judge's post in an honest, responsible and impartial manner by respecting professional ethics rules”.
“Here is real information”, Brnabyq wrote on her official Twitter on Friday. Our “Our judges took no vows, instead they made a separate statement, swearing before a neutral status. The truth matters”, she said.
This act integrates Serbian judges and prosecutors into the Kosovo judicial system is the final step towards full implementation of the Brussels Agreement on Justice, which was reached on February 10, 2015./Periscopi/
