Because of this blockade, Kosovo is continuing to lose millions of euros annually, KTV reports.
With this agreement, Kosovo was allowed to have full control over the power grid and its membership in international bodies and on the other hand, Serbia was allowed to form a company for the north.
However, the future of this agreement is not known, as institutions that already hold the question of dialogue have given no details.
The office of the president of Kosovo has given no explanation of what actions it will take to push this agreement forward.
KTV didn't even get an answer from Federica Moghrin's office.
Meanwhile, civil society is demanding that no other meeting be held without a clear strategy on how to proceed further the new phase of dialogue.
Krasniqi has announced that the energy deal should be one of the most urgent points to be resolved.
Given the agreement reached, the Serbian company has had to register under Kosovo's laws, and it has tried three times at the business registration office in the Ministry of Commerce, but by violating laws deliberately.
Her officials have not detailed whether the company has tried to apply again.
The same company has had to pay off lost energy, which according to some estimates, a consumer costs 55 euros per year.
In the absence of this step and Kosovo's membership in NTSOE, the 400 kiliovolt line with Albania has not yet entered into office, while Koo STT is just starting to pay instalments.
Kohavision has also applied to the KFW Group office in Pristina, which has financed construction of the 400 kilovolt line with Albania, but its officials have said only the leaders of the group in Germany speak about the issue.
Due to Serbia's continued interventions, Kosovo loses within a year
Between 3m and 5m euros, meanwhile, from the failure of the 400 kilovolt line to Albania, so far, losses have reached 1m euros.
