By Way of Persistence

There are some things in life despite our anger at doing them, but we still have to do them. But we have good news that comes from Japan and says that the medicine against laziness has been discovered. If you try to exercise, try reading the book and learning about a test, what you [...] do.
If you try to exercise, try reading the book and learning about any tests, what you need is “technique Kaizen”. It may sound like a TV commercial, boring but the thing you need is to read the text to the end.
Tech tells you:
Tell yourself you have to finish one thing in 60 seconds. Very simple, you just have to take the book and read it in 60 seconds, not a second longer or less. In time, this thing will get interesting and you'll start unconsciously to see yourself as you're completing all of this “deyra” very successfully.
Do the same with your exercise. Just exercise 60 seconds, no less, no more!
Kaizen means: Kai-chang and Zen-urtiti. So this method represents our wisdom and changes the customs of laziness.
