The mission of this commission was the establishment of the Prosecutorial and Judicial System in Kosovo.
Riza Smaka, his leader, and members Adil Fetah, Shaban Kajazi, Tadej Rodiqi, Rexhep Murati, Ragip Halili and Bajram Krasniqi started work on finding people in 7 Kosovo regions.
Based on statements by some members, on January 1, 2000, prosecutors and the first judges in Kosovo began working.
The chairman of this commission, Riza Smaka, says the competition for the prosecutor in the first group was Alexander Lumezi.
Lumez was rejected just for the lawyer's exam, not suspected of truth, but since he himself had declared that he had not given it.
Shaban Kajazi was part of this council.
He cites strict conditions that were set for the selection of prosecutors and judges. He says he doesn't remember the Lumez case, because he wasn't part of his group interviewing.
Lumez himself in his biography says he became part of Kosovo's prosecutorial system in September 2000
