The statement explains that fundamental public prosecutors are taking action in order to establish facts about the existence of elements of criminal acts previously committed in Chapter 16 of the penal code against elections and voting.
The Commission for Following Festival Election Disorders under the Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Macedonia informed them that it is attending all events during the election process even today during the vote.
They point out that in all public prosecutors in the Republic of Macedonia, along with regular custody, supplementary custody has been organised by public prosecutors in order to urgently be taken into action on subjects related to the election process.
The commission for prosecuting electoral irregularities, as they stress, continues to co-ordinate the work of public prosecutors regarding the discovery and persecution of perpetrators related to elections, with the opinion constantly being reported. /Alsat-M/
