Today at the UEFA (UEFA CORE) Justice Excellence Centre, following the excellent success they have shown during the course, Judge Visar Kastrati and assistants Granit Hyseni and Elvis Bicaj are equipped with reference diplomas ( U n EFA CORE Diploma reports FFK.
The criteria in which judges are assessed are physical preparation, technical performance, organisation and attitude during development as judges.
All these criteria have been fully met by judges.
The Center of Justice Excellence in the U EFA ( The UEFA Centre of Refugees Excellence has been established for seven years and dedicated to promising judges who have the potential to become International Judges in a few years.
It is guided by Mr. David Elery, while the coach for judges from Kosovo has been Mr. Radan Mirjananov for the chief judge and Mr. Leif Linderberg assistant coach.
To U EFA CARE each member country U n EFA's every two years sends a three-way of judges.
