This place called “the center of the universe” falls into that category of inexplicables. At first glance, it looks like it's nothing special. Just a regular circle.
However, stay in the middle of it and make a sound, and this will come back to you making noise from all sides, reports “Discloser”, Periscope broadcast.
The brick - surrounded concrete circle seems to act as a mysterious cone of silence.
