The National Territorial Protection Inspectorate launched today the collapse of objects in Himara under the second phase of revising urban planning of downtown.
Numerous police forces accompany the action, due to opposition from local residents.
The action has again brought a clash between police and residents who refuse to destroy their facilities.
Time and again, there has been a meeting between residents, local governments and government envoys, but still a common language has not been found.
