Britain is preparing for war with North Korea, as the potential for armed conflict between Pyongyang and Washington.
As Donald Trump and Kim Jong exchange threats and counter threats, the British Army is preparing for the worst.
North Korea has conducted missile tests on the Japan Sea and insists that it is now capable of launching a nuclear bomb into continental America.
The provocative tests have angered the US president, who announced he is considering a military response.
Another missile test could be made Tuesday to mark the anniversary of the founding of the North Korean Workers' Party.
Military and government sources say that if the missile test is done, Trump may be sufficient to send troops to surround North Korea. The US will call its allies, including Britain.
“We have plenty of ships to send... the destroyers of type 45, the 23rd-type frigates. Britain's new aircraft carrier may be introduced early if things return to the south”, said a senior source of Whitehall for the Daily Mail, broadcast the Oranews.
The warship “Queen Elizabeth”, the first of two new aircraft carriers, could be deployed in its first combat mission.
