The Court of Appeals has rejected the special prosecutor's complaint in the case of Minister for Communities and Kthim Dalibor Yevtic, as well as Nenad Stojchenko and Mihailo Prenlicevic.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina, in July of this year, had rejected the indictment that charged the three officials with misuse of official office.
The appellate estimates that given the evidence under which the indictment was filed in this criminal case, the first-degree court has acted fair when it threw it away, because in the actions of the defendants, the elements of criminal acts they are accused of are not consumed, broadcast the Klan Kosova.
