The Kosovo Privatisation Agency plans to reintroduce 14 hectares of land in a South Mitrovica village for sale.
But such a plan is being rejected by some of the residents who say they have bought land since the 1950s, documents that were burned during the war, KTV reports.
According to them, the Kosovo Privatisation Agency had never announced that land would be decided for sale.
Residents have enjoyed the first failure to sell land that continued to work.
They have warned both the AKP and the interested ones to buy the land that they will not allow that.
The AKP has indicated that it has never accepted any requests for property claims, and that the same data they possess has not filed charges at the tribunal either.
According to the AKP, this property even in Mitrovica cadastre finds itself owned by Agroculture and will continue with its sale process.
