Pristina municipality Chairman Shpend Ahmeti stressed that gender solidarity is more than necessary, and only in that form can we say there is equality between women and girls.
“From experience in Pristina's Komuna we have seen that even further there is much discrimination on the property issue. The husband and wife, if they have a common property, should register it as such, as in common. I regret to say that within a year, in all of Pristina, there have been only about 60 applications to register the property as a common one. Even in the issue of heredity, the property continues to be shared only by boys. Without the economic empowerment of women and girls, we can hardly get out of this”, Ahmeti stressed, adding.
We know that in our society the commitment of women, especially at certain age, is becoming problematic because of the burden left to them in caring for the home and others in the family. There can be no equality in the finals, when there is no equality in advance. Working women and girls have the same work schedule as men and boys, but on returning home, they also have an extra time with chores. This inequality at first enables them to be equal to men in the final score of”, Dorgi said, among other things.
On behalf of candidates for Pristina's Municipal Assembly, Visar Gorani-Gashi spoke. She said most V voters THE women and girls are women, which, according to her, shows that the Movement is not just political movement, but it is also an emissive movement.
We all need and desire to improve the quality of life and live with dignity in our city. Pristina is the political, administrative, university, economic and cultural capital of our Republic. In 13 years of postwar, we saw and didn't see; and the most nasty stuff, and we waited for the extortioners to be satisfied one day. But the opposite happened. We were fed up with their behavior, and we freed ourselves to make the difference”, said Visa candidate Gorani-Gashi.
During this rally, women and girls on the V list were called on to be voted as many as possible Their contribution is necessary in making 100 of our vows for the next mandate.
