Taryn once weighed 115 pounds [15 kg], but after changes in her life - style, she lost half her body, now weighing 50 pounds [58 kg] and participated in two bodibuilding races.

When I first moved to the United Kingdom, there was absolutely no idea how to eat healthy. I ate whatever came my way, then I tried to get on a diet by eating toast and not eating breakfast. I never lost weight in this diet, and I spent days wondering why I wasn't losing.
It was 2012 when my daughter was born, and I realized that something had to be changed. So I had started to make some small but effective changes in life - style that made me feel like a better person”, she confessed.

Now Taryn eats three healthy drinks a day and three lighter foods, and he also exercises five days a week at the gym.
Taryn diet includes chicken, fish, and many trees and vegetables.
