Eleven thousand and 300 euros in sentences for Mimoza Kusari-Lila

Alternative candidate for Gjakova Mimoza Kusari-Lila has been sentenced for the fourth time during these elections for violating the CEC Goodwill Code.

The Last Decision of The PZAP was taken in after the complaint by BIRN and Internea Kosova allegedly that Kusari-Lila violated the code of courtesy when he used the Gjakova Family Medicine Centre for election campaign.

For this violation Mimoza Kusari-Lila and the party she runs have been fined 3 thousand and 600 euros.

For Kusari-Lila in the past few days P The ZAP has pronounced 7,700 euros in sentences in three other complaints, where violation of the Code of Kindness has been found during the use of children in the campaign.

So far, 26 complaints of the BIRN and Internea monitoring team Kosovo have been approved by PZAP, with a value of 70 thousand euros in sentences.
