(hace una hora)The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed charges against indictees R.D., under suspicion that it has committed criminal work <x0 títulowage war crimes against the civilian populationierex1 título.
According to the indictment, according to the SPRK report, R.D., former member of the Serbian MUP, had fired a firearm at the U.S. victim, who had not survivor the wounds sustained.
The defendant is also accused of participating in co-ordination with other members of Serbian forces, taking part in the murder of 71 civilians, in inhumane treatment, torture, plunder and expulsion of the Albanian civilian population.
