(2 hours ago)The Founding Prosecutor in Pec, the Department of Criminal Crimes, has filed charges against defendants with initials I.Z., due to well-based suspicion of having committed criminal acts “grave murder” remaining attempted, and “maintaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.
According to the indictment, on January 13, 2026, at around 00:15, within a bar in the Decani municipality, the defendant, motivated by national belonging of the injured, allegedly with the use of a firearm attempted to deprive four people of life. As a result of the shooting, three injured have suffered gunshot wounds, both of which have suffered serious bodily injuries and one minor bodily injury. The fourth person has managed to avoid the attack without getting hurt.
The indictment also charges the defendant that the weapon allegedly committed was held without legal authorisation, contrary to the laws of the Law on Weapons. Following his arrest, the firearm and ammunition were seized during the search and raid.
The State Prosecutor, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the competent court that, after conducting judicial examination and managing evidence, the I.Z. defendant be found guilty and be convicted according to the law of criminal acts placed on him. /Periscope/
