One month's detention of three organised crime suspects and money laundering

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has set the month-long detention measure against three suspects for several criminal acts, including for fraud, forcing money laundering, otherwise known as the “Mega” case.
This court has approved the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo that this move be appointed to indictees S.D., B.K. and A.A.
They allegedly committed criminal acts “The participation or organisation of the organised criminal group, in terms of criminal acts of fraud and obligation, in co-ordination have committed criminal work “Money laundering”
Defendant B.K. It is allegedly committed criminal work “Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosive materials” and “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized narcotics sale, psychotrope and analogo”.
But defendants S.D. and B.K. The co-ordination allegedly carried out the criminal work “Reforporting and financing in carrying out terrorism”, defendant S.D., suspecting even “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” and defendant A.A, for criminal work “Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation, or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosives”
According to the announcement, after holding the hearing, the Court estimated that the appointment of the detention measure to this criminal case is adequate, as there is a real danger that if the defendants are left in freedom, they can escape in order to hide and flee from criminal responsibility.
I also appreciate that if the defendants are set free, there is the risk that the same will repeat criminal acts, as well as influence witnesses, so it found that the detention measure is the only measure for the unhindered flow of criminal procedure in this case at present.”, the statement said.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
