Kurti says after the certificate of results it will start “immediately” communications for institution formation

Kosovo held its third parliamentary elections in about a year and a half and now must elect the new president. According to the Constitutional Court's recent act, this process must start immediately, with the constitution under way.

The Central Election Commission plans to face the certificate of results of the June 7th parliamentary elections by 6th. Under the country's Constitution, the constitutional session should be held within 30 days of the official announcement of election results.
