Illegal passage from Northern Macedonia, police detain two suspects

Kosovo police have detained two people suspected in Han, Elez, as they are allegedly trying to cross the border from northern Macedonia to Kosovo.

According to the police report, the case occurred at around 16:10 June, when police units during patrols have encountered and detained two male suspects.

During identification, one of the suspects has resulted in active arrest warrants and will be carried out under legal procedures in effect. Meanwhile, the other suspect, following consultation with the competent prosecutor, has been released in regular procedure.
