(2 hours ago)Minister Guido Crosetto met with American Air Force General Alexandrus G. Grinkeich, the Supreme Commander of Allied Forces for Europe, who thanked Italy for the Alliance's available capacities.
The meeting reportedly focused on the European continent and key NATO operations and activities, with special reference to Kosovo and the South Front.
“Fokus was also in strengthening continental defence, beyond the perimeter of 27 EU states, as the European pillar of the Alliance”, the report says.
