The investigative actions show that the alleged author of the event is the victim's daughter, citizen Violet Shpani, 57, who lived in the same apartment as the deceased and allegedly suffered from mental health problems.
Following the investigation, Lezha Police have detained 57-year-old criminal activity suspect “murder due to family relations”.
A material test has also been seized with other related evidence.
Procedural materials have also been referred to in freedom for citizen A. Lee, with medical duty, for criminal work “Disuse of duty”, after allegedly completing the act of death by calling it natural death and not announcing law organs.
