(an hour ago)Former political prisoner Halil Selimi has expressed his support for the PDK MP candidate Caltrine Lohaj by 29, naming him as a representative exceeding Kosovo's borders and enmandling the national and historical values of Albanians.
According to Selimi, Kaltrina Lohaj is an example woman who links the past with the future and represents with dignity not only Kosovo, but Albanians of other lands, including the Presevo Valley.
He has praised her family background and commitment, stressing that she is the daughter of two former political prisoners and the wife of hero heir and witness Nizazi Bearra.
The Presevo Valley feels represented in the Kosovo Parliament with Kaltrina Lohain. His vote is honour for Commander Beard and for all those who sacrificed for national freedom”, Selimi has declared.
He has called on citizens to vote responsibly, stressing that in current political circumstances the vote is not only democratic but civic responsibility as well.
“should not lack support for Kaltrina and for the historical heritage it represents. Kosovo is not complete without the Presevo Valley”, Selimi has finished.
Kaltrine Lohaj heads for deputy in parliamentary elections on the PDK list with the number 29.
