Elmi Recica: Project approved for highway lock in Talinoc was blocked by Kurti government

The candidate for MP from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Elmi Recica, has spoken of the highway lock project across the road réDriton Islamiʹ in the village of Talinoc and the keys to Papaz, viewing it as an important project for Ferizaj's economic development and facilitating the circulation for businesses in that area.
Recica via a video on the social Facebook network has shown that the project was delivered to the Ministry of Infrastructure, but it has never been implemented.
The next project is the highway lock-up project across the street ėDrito Islamião, the village of Talinoc and the key to Papaz. I've got, I possess those documents, a request from the street businesses of Islami, and the Ferizaj-Skup Magic Road to launch a key on the highway because businesses should be cut off on the road and Ferizi as a city of business as not only living, develops, is empowered, is champion at the level of Kosovo in terms of economic development and empowerment, was a perfectly legal requirement of<1.
We've made the project, delivered it to the Ministry for Infrastructure, and it's been an approved project. But with Albin Kurti's first rule coming in 2019, the deputy prime minister who was Ferizaj's and chairman of the Commission for Boards and Finance Transfere, as well as Ferizaj, Ferran Murati and Haki Abazi have removed that project from realisation because it is a expensive project and have declared they will make a new project”, Recica said, reports. Periscope.
Recica has been stressing that the key in Papaz would create better circulation opportunities for businesses, offering direct links to northern Macedonia, the rest of Kosovo and Albania.
But that project is going to be realised today that day it has not been dealt with that project and the ease and access of businesses that need access to the highway as close as possible because the key to Papaz would mean that it made the right could go to Macedonia on the left in all of Kosovo and Albania. They were deprived of that right. And it should be estimated that these businesses give through taxes of about 600m euros a year for Kosovo's budget. It's their money, it's Iron Murat or Albin Kurti”, he said. /Periscope/
