(15 days ago)Given the constitutional deadlines for the creation of new institutions, Bulaqu Vullent from the Kosovo Democratic Institute says that from the first week of August to the first week of October there should be constitutionalisation of the Assembly, government formation and the election of the new president.
According to him, a political agreement among parties is necessary.
If by July 6th the certificate is due from the moment, the 30-day deadline for the institution has until August 6th to determine the assembly. Then the next deadlines flow saw the government and the president. The court has clarified that at the moment of the Parliament's constitutionalisation it should be prepared for the president's good news within 60 days, so I think that from August 6th to October 6th, I believe that procedures should be completed on the choice of the president and the government. The necessary current numbers require consensus compromise and party co-operation for all institutions”, Bugqaku told RTV21
