He said they had sent a draft collective contract, as the recent collective contract determined that in case the need could present a draft contract for meeting the same, which according to him this contract needed some changes because of the created circumstances and standards created since the time collective contracts were signed, but which added that they had received no answers, nor invitations for conversation in this regard.
Ymer stressed that with the formation of the Government this issue would continue, but that this did not happen.
He said that in the education sector of two years there are pressures to change labour contracts without agreements with trade unions, adding that there are times when workers feel not secure, not only in terms of physical matters, but also in other matters.
He also said that an agreement we signed with the Ministry of Education has had to be initiated in courts to implement collective contract, about 80 thousand subjects, which have all returned positively to workers.
