Outside voting begins today for 105 thousand registered voters by post office

Today, 21 May will begin voting abroad for citizens outside Kosovo, who are registered in advance to vote through mail.
It's about 105 thousand voters, found in different sells, but most of them are mostly European states.
The previous day, CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi, has held the media conference from the Counting and Results Centre, where the voting service of this institution was making ready the latest ballot packages that will be sent to registered voters.
According to Elez, before Wednesday, The CEC has prepared 75,000 individual packages, and they are expected to start distributed from May 21st, while another 30,000 will be sent to the airport during Thursday and from there to be launched abroad.
According to the CEC, each package is individual and each one of them contains: 1. Voting procedure guidance; 2. ; 3. The envelope of secrecy; and the back envelope.
According to the CEC, on every postal post operator has been placed by a particular number of investigation and sent to registered voters, who can constantly see the location of the ballot package.
The postal vote will end on June 6th, while the CEC has called voters not to wait for the last day to send their package of balloting, so that it can arrive in the mailbox in time and then withdraw to bring to Kosovo for counting.
For voting by mail outside Kosovo, CEC has functional mailboxes in 22 countries, such as: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Canada, Croatia, Montenegro, northern Macedonia, United Kingdom, Norway, the US, Albania, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey and Switzerland. Also, the KEC's permanent mail box in Kosovo is functional.
