This time before elections, Kurti lures citizens out of 100 euros. So who's expected to benefit

The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has announced that the incumbent government has allocated funds and approved a new package for confronting inflation, which it called “Inflation 2.0x1>, which envisions financial support from 100 euros per few categories.
Kurti, in his statement, has spoken even of the previous package against inflation, saying it was sent to the Kosovo Assembly, but, according to him, was blocked by the opposition.

He added that he has urged the finance minister to seize any opportunity for measures aimed at easing inflation's impact.

Presenting the new package approved in Government, Kurti announced that it envisions support from 100 euros for pensioners, non-public sector workers, children and active students.
I have the pleasure of informing you today of the package of confronting 2.0 inflation and as follows: Support of 100 euros for pensioners, 100 for non-public sector workers, 100 euros in support for children, 100 for active students”, Kurti has declared.
Because for children and pensioners there will be no need for application because we have the beneficiary lists already, we will aim to make immediate payments for the beneficial families early in the week that comes before the holiday of dung.
And for public sector employees and students, I have been notified by the finance minister that the application, which will open in the next week", Kurti added.
