Requested by JKKO to Replace Security Measure Ilir Meta

The Special Court against Corruption and Organised Crime has overturned former President Ilir Meta's request for the replacement of the security measure, leaving his arrest in force.
The decision was issued after the session held on Monday in the JKKO, where some figures of the Freedom and Opposition Party were present, among them Teddy Blushi, Flamur Noka, Klevis Balliu and Bujar Leskaj.
During the hearing, lawyer Kujim Cakran also submitted the latest Supreme Court College ruling, arguing in favour of changing the arrest measure, but the defence request was rejected by the court.
