Shortly after, foreign authorities have signalled the Albanian side for the case in question.
Top Channel reports that police have started verifying the owner of the vehicle.
Meanwhile, even though this photo was taken in one of Tirana's areas, police have not yet managed to locate this vehicle. /Periscope
