Two milkwork products"Rugove", milk with Aflacty and cheese with Esheria Col (Document)

Two products that Milkies"Rugove"have resulted in contamination after taking samples for analysis from the Food and Veterinary Agency. A quantity of milk has come up positive with Aflaltitis and cheese with Esheria Col, according to official reports that Periscope has provided.
The first report, numbered series 0627/2026, refers to a milk sample in packaged 1500 millilitra, taken on February 16, 2026 under the National Monitoring Plan. According to the document, laboratory analysis was completed on February 24th 2026, and the main result is the presence of M1 Aflatoxin, a substance known for its toxic potential, which has been recorded at the level of 0.096 b/kg. This level, according to the report, exceeds the allowed limit and leads to the assessment that the product is above the limit set by the relevant standards, namely, according to the ISO 14675:2003 method. In the final description, the sample is classified as irregular and the product cannot be consumed.
The second report, with a number of series 0446/2026, deals with another product of the same company, cheese in packaged five hundred pounds. The sample was taken on February 5, 2026, while the analysis was completed on February 9, 2026. Unlike the first case, this problem is related to microbiological aspect. According to laboratory data, in all submonts the presence of the Escherichia coli bacteria is estimated at a level above 3.0 x 103 cfu/g, exceeding the allowed threshold and making the product unacceptable for consumption.
The same report points out that salmonella spa bacteria. and the monocytogens literature is not counted presence, reports Periscope.

Both reports stress that the results are valid only for tested samples and are based on the methods and criteria defined in relevant food safety legislation. Both samples that have been tested by the Food and Veterinary Agency are for a close and within the same monitoring programme.
The presence of M1 milk analthoxin in health is particularly disturbing, as this togetherness is related to livestock and then passes on to milk products. Consumerism can increase the risk of liver injuries and other health problems.
While the cheese case, the high presence of Eschericia coli points to fecal pollution or a lack of hygienic standards during the process of production or processing. Consumption of such products can cause gastroinstinal infections associated with diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach pain, while in more serious cases it can lead to complications, especially among children, older ones, and vulnerable persons.
Periscop has sent questions to the “Rugove” about these tests. The following are answers without interference.
What concrete measures has the company taken after accepting these results from the AUV laboratory?
After accepting results from AUV, the company has immediately activated internal procedures for non-aligned management, returning to the HACCP plan and analysis of critical checkpoints. The full tracking of the respective tears, the identification of the source of deviation, and the assessment of impact on the production process has been carried out.
Based on the talled findings, corrective and preventative actions necessary have been undertaken, including additional control of raw materials, the verification of technological parameters and monitoring of operational hygiene. After implementing these measures, samples of relevant products have been sent for analysis in foreign labs accredited with which the company co-operates.
After confirmation of the satisfactory results and complete sustainability of products, it has been invited AUV for official re-institution. Only after the final results released from AUV's labs has continued production and market sharing of respective products been allowed.
Is the annihilation of these amounts and do you have official processor for this action?
Yes, the 2kg cheese product, after failing to meet the market exit criteria according to food safety parameters, is immediately isolated and at the request of our subject, Rugovs sh.k., has been invited. AUV to participate in the official process of annihilation of this amount.
This process has been carried out in accordance with legal procedures and is counted through official record number. 1003, 13,03.2026, released by AUV.
As for the case of cheese that has resulted in dissatisfaction in the hygiene criteria for the E parameter. coli, the company has requested from AUV re-assignation of the product from cheese to another product ésis based on the technological process that guarantees the reduction and elimination of this parameter to an acceptable level according to legal requirements and food safety standards. Attached find corresponding requests and supporting documentation.
Have you notified consumers through a public communique to attract this product, as food safety legislation requires?
No, no, no public announcement has been made, since products in question have not been cracked into the market and were still prohibited in our warehouses, under full control of the subject.
As a result, it is not a market withdrawal procedure (recall), but an internal management of non-conformity before the output of the product in circulation, which has eliminated any possible risk consumer exposure.
What guarantee do you offer consumers that the current products found on shelves do not belong to this series or similar contaminated series?
Rugova Milkytress has been operating since 2009 and is certified according to the ISO 22000 standard for food safety management. We have never had such cases before, and any recorded situation is handled with the utmost professional and technical seriousness.
