A 6.2 magnitude earthquake hits eastern Indonesia

A 6.2 quake struck the area on the coast of eastern Indonesia on Friday, with no immediate reports of casualties or damage, the New Indian Express” reported, referring to the US Geological Service (USGS).
The quake occurred at a depth of 120 miles (74.6 km), about 58 miles (36 km) west of Tobelo, in the northern Maluk province at 11:31 local time (02:31 GMT), writes Anadolu, broadcast Periscope.
Indonesia's Agency for Meteorology, Klimatology and Geophysics (BMKG) announced there was no danger of tsunami after the earthquake. /Periscope
