Lebanon says Israeli attacks killed 39 people

Thirty-nine people have been killed in another day of intensive Israeli attacks on Lebanon, the country's health ministry said.
An Israeli attack on the southern town of Sakakieh killed at least seven people, including one child, the ministry said. Another attack killed a Syrian citizen and seriously injured his 12-year-old daughter in the southern town of Nabatieh, local media said.
Lebanese armed group Hezbollah targeted northern Israel with a fear, which, according to the Israeli Army, injured three soldiers, the BBC wrote.
Israeli forces and Hezbollah have continued to exchange fire since US President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire agreement between Israeli governments and Lebanon on 16 April.
Most of Israel's air strikes have hit southern Lebanon, with the military saying it is hitting infrastructure and people linked to Hezbollah, militia and Iran-backed political party.
On Saturday, Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported Israeli attacks across the south, including Sackiyeh.
The health ministry said the raid “resulted in an initial number of seven martyrs, including one girl, and 15 injured, including three children”. /Periscope
