(2 months ago)The Democratic League of Kosovo has formalised the agreement for joint competition in the June 7th early parliamentary elections with former President Vjosa Osmani during the assembly of the party's General Council.
In a statement to reporters after the meeting, LDK chief Lumir Abdixhiku, who will be the candidate of this party for prime minister by number two, said this agreement was unanimously agreed on in the party.
The “in full unanimous LDK) nominated the proposal and decision of headship through the General Council for the upcoming Vjosa Osmani to be a candidate for presidents and I to be a candidate for prime minister, and to do so have a total of 110 LDK candidates nominated by LDK branches and not only”.
On this list, Abdixhiku said 19 other names proposed by Osman will be included.
