Kosovo and Albania intensify co-ordination for the Mediterranean Games “Pristina 2030x1>

The president of the Albanian National Olympic Committee, Fidel Yll, has hosted a key high-ranking meeting of international and regional Olympic institutions, under preparations for organising the Mediterranean Games “Pristina 2030”.
Mediterranean Games President “Pristina 2030” and amounted to President of the Malta Olympic Committee Julian Pace Bonello, ICG Secretary General Iacovos Filipposis, Kosovo Olympic Committee President Ismet Krasniqi, Vice President Milamim Kelmendi, and Kosovo Sports Minister Drilon Brahim, reports Cosovapress, broadcast Periscope.
The meeting took place under inspections and co-ordination for preparations of the Mediterranean Games “Pristina 2030”, a event considered historic for sports in Kosovo and the region. In this organisation, Durres will have an important role as a city supporting the development of all water sports.
During the meeting, President Fidel Yll presented the developments and achievements of Albanian sports in recent years, stopping in transforming the Albanian National Olympic Committee and investments in sports infrastructure, organisation and international co-operation.
President Julian Pace Bonello expressed impressed by the hospitality and progress of Albanian sports, praising strategic support and co-operation for the success of the Mediterranean Games “Pristina 2030”.
Meanwhile, ICG Secretary General Iacovos Filippos acknowledged Fidel Star's contribution to strengthening co-operation between Olympic institutions and the development of sports in the region.
Even Kosovo Olympic Committee President Ismet Krasniqi appreciated Fidel Star's continued support to Kosovo, stressing that his vision, energy and dedication remain an inspiration for the Albanian sports community.
The meeting confirmed close co-operation between Kosovo and Albania for organising the Mediterranean Games “Pristina 2030x1>, with the goal of turning the event into one of the most important sports organisations in the region and the Mediterranean. \Periscope. \
