The KLA's OVL calls for unity: Reject any effort to sow divisions among us

The Association of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army has called for unity on the eve of the June 7th elections.
Through a media communiqué, this war - torn organisation has said that national responsibility must dominate personal calculations.
It says that when the union was the only weapon of value, Kosovo's best sons and daughters stayed together for freedom and Homeland.
Today, more than ever, we need that combination and that energy that once made the impossible possible. On the eve of a very important electoral process, we address citizens who always remained loyal to the Kosovo Liberation Army, and especially fellow fighters: keep the ranks. Reject any attempt to cause division among us. Those who once defended their country with rifles must today ensure that the blood of the martyrs is not forgotten and that the voice of the warrior will not be extinguished. National responsibility must prevail over personal calculations. Only those who built it protect the State on sacrifice. Glory to the martyrs. Honor for those who never backed down” is said in the communique.
