(a month ago)An opportunity to introduce smuggling has been prevented at the Dubrava corrective Centre, where a suspected amount of narcotics was discovered.
According to the Kosovo Correcting Service announcement, the case was identified yesterday around 3:30, following information provided by the institution's Intelligence Unit.
Correcting officials have conducted a detailed search of a kitchen van in the entrance tunnel of the Dubrava Core Centre, where the suspected narcotic property hidden in the inside of the vehicle's back door was found during the inspection.
Shortly after the discovery, all procedural actions have been undertaken, internal investigation has been initiated, and Kosovo Police, which is handling the case.
